"Villa of Minister." In American English the house provided by the church for the pastor is called a parsonage.
Minister and Pastor are both used, but I think Pastor is more commonly used.
A question I might ask to a member of a rural church in order to gauge its health is "does your church provide a parsonage for the pastor?" Some churches are wealthy enough to provide a parsonage to the pastor and another one for the youth pastor.
